Last Will and Testament of Rebecca Bhaer

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, Rebecca [Boyer] Bhaer, widow of Levi Bhaer [Baer/Bear], of the city of Reading, County of Berks and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.

FIRST. I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid and my funeral be conducted in a manner corresponding with my situation in life.

Item. All of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, of whatsoever and wheresoever the same shall be at the time of my decease, I give, and bequeath unto my son Emanuel Bhaer and my grandson Otto Foose, share and share alike.

LASTLY. I nominate, constitute, and appoint my son-in-law Edmund Schaffer, sole executor of this my last will and testament.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 13th day of April, A. D. 1926.
