In the Orphans’ Court of Berks County,

Estate of Susanna Moll, deceased.

The Account of George M Miller, administrator, after due publication in accordance with law and the rules of court, was called for audit February 2, 1903, and adjourned to February 5, 1903, when audit was closed.

Appearances:

William Rick, Esq. for the accountant.

The decedent died, a widow and intestate, on the 17th day of December, 1901, leaving to survive her the following issue, viz:

  1. Jefferson O. Moll, a son;
  2. Elvina Pickens, a daughter;
  3. Amanda Moll, a daughter;
  4. The issue of Frank Moll, deceased, viz: Emma Haak, Thomas Moll, Ida Weber and Harry Moll;
  5. The issue of William Moll, deceased, viz: Mary Brumbach and Clinton;
  6. The issue of Mitilda Dry, deceased, viz: Stella Dary and Charles Dry. The said Stella Dry is a minor, without guardian.
  7. The issue of Lewis Moll, deceased, viz: Wilson Moll, Richard Moll and Rosie Moll; and
  8. The issue of Sarah Bucher, deceased, viz: Eugene Bucher.
