Edwin R. Snyder, Plaintiff, being duly sworn says that Michael Freehafer the defendant within the county aforesaid went to John Yerger and others then and there being and of concerning him spoke in the German language as follows:
which translated means--Give him plaintiff meaning no credit, he is on the post to go up. He will break up. He kills nothing but old cows, thereby intending maliciously to destroy and break down the credit of the said plaintiff then and being and following the occupation of an calling a butcher.
