The reunion members for the immigrant, Johann Christian Mercklen placed a memory stone May 19, 2007 in the Lutheran Congregational Moselem Church Cemetery at Moselem Springs, Berks County, Pennsylvania. I had it made locally and traveled to Pennsylvania and we placed it beside his son George's grave because we didn't know the exact location of the immigrant's grave. He's buried near by someplace but we didn't know where. He came here in the early 1700s.
