Mr. Livingood adds nothing further to his third report, which follows: After graduation I studied law for a year at Reading, Pennsylvania, and then for a year at the Dickinson School of Law, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. During 1897 and 1898 I was ranching and farming in Wyoming and Nebraska. Since then I have been practicing law in Reading, Pennsylvania.
